The place is truly perfect for escaping the city noise. The pool is heated, and there's also an outdoor area with hammocks—not the best, but great for relaxing under the eucalyptus trees. The food was good; I enjoyed the afternoon tea, which was a small roll with plenty of chicken and mayonnaise. There are some games for children, peacocks, and as you'll see from the photos, it's the kind of place where you should turn off your cell phone and not talk to anyone... just peace and quiet.

We went for the weekend. The owners are very dedicated, friendly, and approachable. The service was excellent, and the food was amazing... delicious. Congratulations. A great place to disconnect from the city and reconnect with nature.

I went with my family (all adults) to spend Chile's national holidays, and we came back filled with love. It's a hotel you'll want to return to many times. The food is delicious, you can relax, and they treat you with such kindness. I return every chance I get and I haven't regretted it. The spa is wonderful, with a hot tub, jacuzzi, sauna, and massages that make you forget your stress.

My husband and I had a very rewarding experience, which made us feel very comfortable. The place offers a complete disconnect, ideal for recharging our batteries and enjoying a pleasant moment. The service was excellent, the food delicious, and the atmosphere perfect for relaxing. I definitely recommend it and hope to return soon.

The place is very beautiful but the changing rooms for the heated pools do not have showers or hairdryers, I think they need to implement more. THANK YOU

An excellent place to go and share with your group of friends or, as in my case, with my co-workers, the place is beautiful, very rural to disconnect and enjoy nature, excellent service, very tasty food and the attention of good quality.

Excellent service. We stayed 3 days for a working day together with 20 other colleagues. A very pleasant place to rest and recreate, with delicious meals and very good attention. The rooms are rustic but clean and with good heating. I always got hot water in the shower, and we had a very nice experience with the whole team.

We went with my partner to disconnect for a few days. The hotel does what it promises. It is a rustic hotel, with adobe buildings, which makes you travel back in time. There is no television in the rooms, which helps a lot to rest and disconnect. It offers a lot of home warmth, as if you were cared for by your grandparents all your life. I would go back just to be able to disconnect from all the hustle and bustle of Santiago.
